When booking your hotel stay, you can receive a 10% discount by staying at one of the following hotels: Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, Paris, Bally’s, Flamingo, and Rio. If you choose to stay at one of these hotels, you can receive a 10% discount on your room by mentioning that you are with Sullivan/Helton wedding party.
The following are the weekday, non-discounted prices for the hotels listed above. Prices go up on weekends. These prices were the prices viewed on April 9, 2008 for staying during the week of August 14.
To check out availability at the previously listed hotels, go to https://www.harrahs.com/AvailabilityCalendar.do. Under Availability, choose the Destination of "Las Vegas". Now, if you want to see a comparison of all of the casinos, scroll down and click "View Calendar". Note that when doing this you will not be able to see the "hot deals" options. In order to see the "hot deals" options, you will need to pick a casino in the drop-down list directly beneath the Destination option. After choosing a casino, scroll down and click View Calendar. Try turning "hot deals" on and off. You CANNOT get the "hot deals" rate and simultaneously get the 10% wedding group discount. Just get whatever is better.
