IPSA-GPU was my capstone research project at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I led a team of four to convert a protein structure comparison algorithm (IPSA) to execute on a GPU. For interested parties, page 45 of the report (page 49 of the PDF) contains the contribution listings of each team member. The source code is not available because I could not obtain approval to release the implementation code from Dr. Shyu and the graduate student that created IPSA. Feel free to read the report or glance at the presentation slides.
