Kurt Mirtsching of Shakespeare's Pizza
Monday, September 25, 2006 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Student Success Center Basement
Kurt Mirtsching, "Chief Inspirations Officer" and Operations Manager at Shakespeare's Pizza, will tell how two MU students got into a small pizza business and grew to what it is today-- One of the most successful pizza parlors in the Midwest with nearly 100 employees. Kurt will cover everything from "growing pains" to "portion size" to "people management."
Kurt's information will be helpful to all entrepreneurs, whether starting a clothing boutique, an internet business, or a boarding kennel.
